I’m Monique Hanson, a West Michigan REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers throughout Ottawa, Muskegon, and Kent Counties, including Holland, Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Muskegon, Grand Rapids, and surrounding communities.

For sellers, I believe a successful sale takes more than putting a price on your home and placing it on the MLS. I use local market data, comparable sales, neighborhood trends, and the unique features of your property to develop a pricing and marketing strategy around your goals.

For buyers, I’ll help you look beyond the listing photos and asking price, understand the numbers, evaluate your options, negotiate strategically, and navigate the process from showing to closing.

I’m a West Michigan native who grew up near the shores of Lake Michigan in the Holland area. I’m an alumna of Grand Valley State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. My background has taught me to pay attention to details, research the facts, and understand that sometimes people need both a clear strategy and someone steady in their corner.
