I bring over 20 years of real estate experience to my clients. I have a BGS from the University of Missouri, Graduate Realtor Institute. I am a valuation expert, having completed 1,000+ BPOs, and an expert of REOs, distressed sales and short sales.  I approach each transaction individually, like a puzzle to be solved, and take pride in successful closings when all parties are satisfied with the end result.

I am licensed in both the States of Michigan and Florida and can help in either of those two states.
