Before entering real estate, Chase spent over a decade in law enforcement, serving as a Sheriff’s Deputy and FBI Violent Crime Task Force Officer. A highly decorated officer, he earned the Medal of Valor, Life Saving Award, and multiple commendations for decisive action under pressure. That experience defines how he works today: calm, strategic, and always focused on protecting his clients’ interests.

With a background in construction and agriculture, Chase offers practical insight into homes, land, and long-term value, helping clients make confident decisions that hold up well beyond closing day.

A respected industry leader, Chase served as Chairman of the Safety Task Force for the Greater Regional Association of Realtors, earned Committee Member of the Year, and is a 2025 graduate of the GRAR Leadership Academy.
